Suggestion Of How to Play This:
As the designer behind this, I suggest playing this is alone where you can take your time and experience this.
I'm hoping this adds a bit of positivity and brightness into your life.
This is intended for "First Person Shooter" players who use WASD controls... kind of... you'll see.

Controls:
The gameplay for PC players is looking around with the mouse and moving with the WASD keys, kind of.
Players can use a controller, just use the joysticks for movement and looking around.
There are Haptics for the controller- ---------------------------------------------------------------
Game Intent:
As you move through the game, you'll "Discover" things and through that discovery, I hope to take you on a journey of looking inside your life.
"Forwards" is an expression of my personal journey as a designer.

Playtime: Approximately 1 Min
Average playtime is about a minute with the game instantly starting and immediately closing when it's over. There is no menu.

Note On Playthrough:
Some people have gotten stuck and taken longer and some people have gone through missing parts of it. I took the consideration of making the game easier to playthrough at the potential cost of players going through it the wrong way. Still, I hope the majority of players are able to experience the fullness of this game.

Reminder:
This is an prototype for an experiential linear narrative walking sim.

The environment feeling is suppose to be that of the
